Amazing experience. We were out of cell service but when we returned we were happy to receive all the pictures. Fei got back to me right away about accepting boarding both our fur babies and was very dependable. Communication was great. Highly recommend.
Fei was a dream to work with. This was our first time using Rover because we booked last minute for the long weekend. She always gave updates and sent pictures, always tried to adjust if we had any shift in our drop off time (due to the long drive) and she always brought any concerns about Timber immediately which really brought us peace of mind because we knew he was being taken care of. Thank you to the wonderful Fei - puppy carer extraordinaire! Prior to my vacation, my 4-month old puppy ate some fabric and was at the emergency vet for the weekend. Suffice to say, my anxiety was high leaving her with a stranger. I think I mentioned it about 86 times not to leave any fabric (socks, parts of stuffies etc.) lying around. Fei was sooooo patient, simply reassuring me every time that Winnie would be safe. Every day Fei sent pictures reassuring me, and kept up with commands and manners with her. I was gone for 7 days and returned to a relaxed and super happy Winnie! Not only did Winnie have a blast, but I didn't feel anxious and would absolutely use Fei again. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Fei! Blue was so well cared for, and I loved receiving updates and photos while I was away. It was clear he was happy and comfortable. Thank you for taking such great care of him—we’ll definitely book again!
Fei was very accommodating for my last minute booking. She did an excellent job caring for my two dogs (one of whom is incredibly anxious) and provided many updates throughout the sit. I appreciated her prompt communication. Highly recommend her services!
