I would also ask about toilet habits, recall and lead behaviour, as well as any house rules or specific routines they are used to. I would need to know about any medical needs, allergies, medications, or dietary restrictions, and I would need the owner's emergency contact and vet details. Most importantly, I would ask the owner to let me know anything that helps their pet feel safe, comfortable, and settled while in my care.

A typical day starts with a morning toilet break and a relaxed walk, allowing your dog plenty of time to explore and get some exercise. Once back home, I make sure they have fresh water and, if needed, their breakfast according to their usual routine. During the day, I spend time with your dog at home, giving him plenty of attention, playtime and companionship. I also follow its normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, toilet breaks and rest periods. If the dog enjoys longer walks, I take them to a nearby park. I always make sure your dog is safe and comfortable and that it has a quiet place to rest. I never leave him unattended for long periods, and I follow your instructions regarding food, medication, walks and any specific routines or behaviours. In the evening, I take your dog for another walk and make sure it has its dinner, fresh water and some relaxed time before settling down for the night. I aim to make every dog feel happy, safe and at home while they are in my care, while maintaining the routine they are used to.
