Canine communication course completed ✔️ Hi, I’m Fay 😊 I offer drop-ins and dog sitting at your house and I’d love to look after your pet/s. 🐶😺 🏡I live in Gloucester with a playful, friendly and very energetic 3 year old Brittany and my fiancé Jamie. Our dog is full of energy and has taught me a lot about dogs, mental and physical exercise and breed specific needs. 🏘 I am clean and tidy and will look after and respect your home as if it is my own. 👋 We always like to meet dogs and owners first to ensure everyone is comfortable and to get to know you and your pets better. It also gives you and us an opportunity to ask questions 🧍‍♂️Jamie also does dog sitting and may help if I can't but this will always be discussed with you first. He has a profile and reviews on here too and is fully verified. He will usually come along to meet and greets. 🚗 My car is kitted out with a dog guard in the boot and I have spare dog seatbelts. Jamie's car has two dog crates in the back, but we will only take them in car if you are happy with that. Usually this is just to take them to a different walk somewhere. 💻 I work from home with a flexible schedule, which means I can give your dog plenty of attention and care throughout the day. Really interested in dog behaviour and dog body language so want to train in this as much as I can. ✅️ Currently completing a first aid course. ✅️ Volunteer experience at puppy and dog training classes (I can reinforce training and teach basic commands and help to keep your dog's mind busy. A tired dog is a happy dog!). I have also completed four training courses with my own dog, as well as ad hoc gundog training, scentwork and mantrailing. ✅️ Experience with a wide variety of dogs: working breeds, high energy dogs, greyhounds, spaniels, French bulldogs, german shepherd, puppies, seniors, and anxious dogs ✅️ Advocate of positive, reward-based training ✅️ Lifelong animal lover (I’ve cared for everything from rabbits and guinea pigs to racing pigeons, hamsters, cats and, of course, dogs!) What I provide: ✅️ Reliable, trusted care of your dog in your home. I will provide regular updates with pictures and videos. 🐕‍🦺🐾 Dog walks either around your or my local area or further afield depending on requirements. 🤗 Dogs will get treated with love and affection. Lots of cuddles included if that is what your dog likes 😊 Happy for them to sleep in the same bed too. 🐶 Enrichment toys (lick mats, snuffle mats, treat puzzles) to keep dogs happy and stimulated, if ok with you. 🚗 Secure travel with dog guards, dog seatbelts and crates in our cars 📆 Flexible availability: evenings, weekends, and most weekdays. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone and even let them stay in your house, so I want to make sure you are as relaxed as possible.
