We have previously boarded our dog, Milo, at larger boarding facilities and were not impressed by the lack of communication they provided. We would also pick him up and discover that he had various issues caused while in the facilities' care (ear infections, cuts on his face, etc). Having Milo stay with Fatima was a huge difference and we are very pleased with the change! It was so nice for him to have a comfortable home environment with people who cared. It was also a big plus for us that Fatima has a dog of her own because Milo loves making new friends. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be using Fatima for Milo's next boarding experience!
