My experience with Fatima boarding my dogs was unpleasant. When I booked, it was stated that there would be no other dogs being boarded at the same time. However, when we arrived, there were two other dogs in Fatima’s care. The dogs were barking loud upon us entering her home. The environment appeared to be quite chaotic and I expressed my concern. I told her that one of my dogs has high anxiety around other dogs. Fatima stated that the other dogs would be leaving later in the day so she didn’t believe there would be a problem. The first few days were fine. She sent pictures and updates stating that my dogs were settling in. However, half way through my dogs stay, I received a call from a stranger. This stranger had found my dog in the middle of the street. She called our number which was on his tag. The stranger stated that she had to run into the middle of the street to save my dog from getting hit by two cars. Upon calling Fatima to let her know that my dog had been found by a person in the area, she was very nonchalant and did not seem concerned. Understandably, we were all upset and concerned. We asked her questions but never yelled nor used any profanity. Fatima did not apologize at all. Instead she became angry and defensive in regards to our questions and concerns. She stated that one of her children opened the door and my dog ran out. This was very concerning for us since all of her children are a very young. She then contacted Rover and told them to find someone else to board my dogs. She stated that losing a dog was normal and not uncommon. She stated she was kicking my dogs out because she did not appreciate the tone of the conversation she had with us. My dog almost died in her care due to her negligence but she felt no remorse for the situation. Thankfully, Rover found us another sitter who was great. I would not recommend Fatima to others in the future.

She was good. Bandit was well taken care of. I would Recommend her to whoever would like to leave their little dog
