Home away from home
Dogs have always been a big part of my life, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I’ve raised puppies and, most recently, provided dedicated senior care for my beloved dog until she passed away in May. My home has very few stairs, a beautiful fenced in yard, and everything your dog needs for a comfortable stay. Whether your dog is energetic or enjoys a slower pace, I’ll treat them with the same love, care, and attention I’d want for my own. I’m also happy to send you photos and do FaceTime calls if that’s something you would like :)

We had such a wonderful experience with Farrah! Our dog absolutely loves her and was so happy and comfortable in her care. She is very kind, caring, and attentive, and we could tell right away that our dog was in great hands. Her home is also very clean, neat, and welcoming. We really appreciated the regular updates and photos she sent us—it gave us peace of mind knowing our dog was happy and well taken care of. She even offer to drop off our dog if needed-she's very flexible and really great to deal with. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable dog sitter. Farah has been an absolute lifesaver with our 3-month-old Doberman puppy! Taking care of a young Doberman requires a ton of energy, patience, and consistency—and Farah delivers all three effortlessly. She understands the unique needs of working breed puppies, from managing high energy levels to maintaining strict routines and reinforcing basic training during walks. Farah is extremely reliable, punctual, and provides fantastic communication after every visit or walk (the updates and photos are always the highlight of my day!). I have total peace of mind knowing my puppy is in such capable, caring, and attentive hands. If you're looking for a dog walker or pet sitter who will treat your pet like their own, I couldn't recommend Farah highly enough!

I’m currently a graduate student who is not working so I have a lot of availability and flexibility. I will treat your dog with the same love and care that I treated mine with.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a beautiful, fully fenced yard where your dog can safely run and play. There are only a few steps to enter the house, and if your dog has mobility challenges, I’m happy to carry them if needed. Your dog will be treated like family and will enjoy the same love and freedom my own dog did, whether that’s curling up on the couch, relaxing in a cozy spot, or simply being wherever they’re happiest. I also have an 9 year old daughter who absolutely adores dogs and loves spending time with them. We would be thrilled to welcome your fur baby into our home, where they’ll enjoy their own vacation while you’re enjoying yours! 🐾❤️
A typical day
Every dog becomes part of our family while they’re here. We’ll enjoy walks, playtime, plenty of outdoor time in our fenced yard, enrichment activities (like dog puzzles!) and lots of cuddles. My goal is for your pup to feel safe, loved, and right at home until you’re reunited.
