Pointer Pro & Big Dog Bestie

Hi, everyone! I grew up in a lively home always filled with at least four dogs, so caring for, training, and understanding dogs has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. While I haven’t owned a dog of my own yet, I’ve been missing that daily dog companionship, which is what inspired me to start walking and caring for dogs professionally. My experience is strongest with medium and large breeds — especially energetic pointers, thanks to my dad raising them — so I know how to handle dogs with a lot of athleticism and enthusiasm. At the same time, I’m patient and mindful, able to slow down and match the pace of gentle giants like Bernese Mountain Dogs. I’m very active and love the Providence area, so walking dogs here is a perfect way for me to get outside, stay energized, and give your furry friend the exercise and attention they deserve. I’m committed to providing safe, joyful walks where your dog can explore, play, and feel loved. Open to drop-in visits as well! Hoping to meet some new furry friends soon 🤍

Whether they enjoy an energetic romp or a slow, gentle stroll, I’ll adjust my pace to keep them comfortable and happy. I will stay attentive to their energy, mood, and any special instructions you provide, making sure they feel safe and cared for throughout. Your dog’s well-being and happiness are my top priorities, and I’m dedicated to giving them the personalized attention they deserve during our time together.

Fallon was fantastic! My dog loved her right away, and she came back so happy after her walk. Super friendly and easygoing — can’t wait to have her keep walking Lou for us!

Fallon is one of the most responsible and trustworthy people I know, and she is absolutely amazing with dogs. I've seen her with multiple dogs, from small breeds to large, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she's with. Her consistent, dependable nature makes her an excellent choice for anyone looking for a dog walker/sitter!

I’ve known Fallon G. for years, and she has always been surrounded by happy, well-loved animals—usually 4 dogs and a cat at any given time! She’s the first to step in and help care for friends’ and neighbors’ pets, treating them like her own. Her dedication is unmatched; she’s even helped deliver puppies and once saved a newborn that wasn’t breathing. Fallon’s compassion, experience, and calm presence make her exactly the kind of person you’d want caring for your pets. I can’t recommend her enough!

Fallon loves all animals and this is clear in how she cares for them! She is conscientious and caring while watching others’ fur babies and knows just how special each pet is to their owners. She is reliable, consistent, and communicates well. 10/10 recommend!

Fallon has been around dogs her whole life and definitely has a “magic touch” when it comes to caring for pets. As a healthcare professional, she knows a thing or two about responsibility, following protocols, and being a kind and comforting presence - and the same goes for her framework for pet care. She knows how to play and have fun, all while centering safety and your special pup’s needs. Your best friend will be in great hands with Fallon!

I know Fallon from grad school and for the past 6 years. She has always been around pets, particularly dogs, her entire life. She loves all breeds but grew up mainly with Saint Bernese Mountain dogs and German Short Haired Pointers. Her dad also raises pointers for hunting so when I would visit her family home I would always be surrounded by dogs. Her dogs were very loving and well trained. Fallon and her dad gifted me my first experience pheasant hunting with the hunting dogs which was so much fun! I think Fallon would be a very responsible, loving dog walker, and something she would get a lot of joy from.

Schedule

I work in medicine, which gives me a unique schedule with many weekdays off—and I often have weekends free, too. My schedule changes week to week, so I’m happy to work closely with pet parents to find times that fit perfectly into your furry friend’s routine, providing them with companionship and exercise when they may otherwise be alone. Additionally, I am an early riser so happy to try and fit in walks prior to or after work if needed.

Ideally, I’d love to meet pets with their owners for the first time, to make sure it’s a good fit and that we both feel comfortable with each other. Additionally, to ensure I provide the best possible care for your dog, it would be helpful to know a few things upfront: - how your dog interacts with other dogs, animals, and people - how your dog prefers to be walked—whether they like a steady pace, lots of sniffing breaks, or some playful running—and how much experience they have on a leash - any specific body language or behaviors I should watch for, such as signs of anxiety, aggression, hunger/thirst, and bathroom cues - if they’ve had a dog walker/care taker before or if they’ve ever bitten anyone - any health concerns, such as medical conditions and allergies - any specific care directions, such as how to gain entry and where to dispose of waste The more I understand your pet’s unique needs and personality, the better I can tailor our walks and visits to keep them happy and healthy. I find it easiest if pet profiles are filled out entirely and instructions and care tips are either written down or messaged over the app.
