Hello! My name is Falen. My family and I would love to take care of your pet! The short version: - fenced in backyard - Fiancé, Dani, works from home so is available to be with animals almost all day - experts in dealing with separation anxiety Throughout my entire life, I have been deeply involved in the care of animals, fostering a profound affinity for their well-being. My passion for canines is particularly drawn to their playful demeanor and exuberant energy, which I have had the privilege to experience across diverse breeds and sizes. In the same vein, felines hold a special place in my heart. Whether they seek affectionate snuggles or exhibit more reserved tendencies, each cat's unique personality fills me with joy. My extensive background includes handling dogs with separation anxiety and implementing positive reinforcement training techniques to ensure their mental and emotional welfare. Moreover, I have actively engaged with rescue dogs and puppies, helping them adapt seamlessly to their new surroundings. My expertise extends to caring for neonatal kittens, ensuring their growth and development until they reach an adoptable weight. Over time, I have acquired valuable skills in administering oral medications and injections, making me adept at caring for pets with varying medical needs. Additionally, I am well-versed in catering to the distinct requirements of senior animals, ensuring their comfort and quality of life.

She was excellent for a last minute need to have her watch our Corgi’s so I can attend my college graduation. She was very communicative and flexible when we took a few hours longer than anticipated.
We've booked Falen twice now and have been happy with our dogs' care both times. She's very responsive, communicative, and accommodating, and the dogs seem happy to stay. We knew both times that they were in good hands and it was one less stress on our minds during our travels.

Schedule
My partner works from home and has a pretty flexible schedule so taking care of your pet fits into our schedule with ease. We also are open to boarding over weekends or spending just a few hours. We have a flexible schedule and are willing to work into whatever time needs to happen.

Safety, trust & environment
Pets are met with an overabundance of love and respect. I will respect the training, boundaries, and routines set in place by the owner for the pet whether in my home or the client's. I also will take care of the pet's needs in a timely manner. We will have a schedule for the pet with feeding, walking, play time, but are also flexible to do any of those things if the pet has a need outside of those normal scheduled times.
A typical day
I like long walks on the beach... oh sorry wrong app! But seriously, I love to be outside so any opportunities to walk or go to a park is welcome. I also have a fenced in yard so the dog has ample room to play and run there as well. For cats, I have ample room in the house for them to roam, explore, or even hide. I have a variety of toys to keep their interest and even a couch against the window so they can enjoy the sunshine. I will be engaged in play with either cats or dogs as well. Pets being allowed on furniture is negotiable.
