My Fear Free© approach to pet sitting provides first-class, unrivaled care. I also ensure that your home is secure and family is safe. All visits include health check, photo updates, mail or package collection, and home security check. I offer support with subcutaneous (SQ) fluid, injections, pilling, eye & skin ointments, breathing treatments, and wound care. I love hiking and long walks and would love the opportunity to take your family member out with me. I use operant conditioning with positive reinforcement and love helping young puppies reach their canine good citizens© goals. A happy dog is a tired dog and I can provide high energy hikes or slow evening/morning strolls for the seniors. I have been providing vet tech and behavior modification in shelter settings for over 10 years. I work with all breeds and sizes. I can provide exceptional care for fearful kitties and feral felines if you have garden cats.

Faith is extremely communicative and knowledgable! We greatly appreciated her diligence with our dogs meds and schedules. She sent regular updates and pictures, kept our place clean, and the dogs loved snuggling with her. I felt completely confident leaving ours dogs in her care!
Faith was great with my puppy. She was communicative and helpful, and the set up at the house is perfect for a visiting dog.

Faith was an amazing sitter for our dog, Nori. We really appreciated her experience with rescue and reactive dogs, which made us feel confident leaving our anxious pup in her care. Although Nori is sweet at home, she can be nervous and sometimes barky toward other dogs on walks. Faith’s calm, knowledgeable approach, and her experience with administering meds to put us at ease. She kept us updated with daily pictures and messages, which we loved! We also loved that she uses positive reinforcement with dogs. She was extremely responsive and easy to get along with and we could immediately tell Nori loved her. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would highly recommend her to anyone looking!
Faith dog-and-house-sat for us recently, and we were really pleased! She took the time to make friends with our dog and learn her routine before she even began, and the regular updates were reassuring that all was going well. We will definitely book with Faith again! Thanks for a guilt-free trip!
Faith is the best! Somehow she is able to coax our kitties out of hiding for some love and affection while we are gone. Skills are superb. I always feel our pets are in the best hands.

Schedule
I am a full time at home student. I am available most days in Oakland, CA and occasionally in Fairfax or Point Reyes. I am very flexible, prompt, and communicative.

Safety, trust & environment
Oakland can get a little hectic sometimes. I can provide security checks, lighting changes, car rotation, TV sounds and package/mail pick up so not even the neighbors will know you are away.

A typical day
In addition to hiking in the East Bay Regional Parks I also love at home play and activity times. Schedule an hour of splash time and I will bring a special pup pool over for the backyard! Is your dog or cat high energy? Schedule a visit of HITT, High Intensity Interval Training. I also provide cuddle times with rest and relaxation for the couch potatoes.
