We highly recommend Faith! She took amazing care of our fur baby, Henry, and showed true professionalism, care, and love. Faith and her pup, Charlie, took Henry on plenty of walks and kept him so well-occupied that he didn’t even have time to miss us. We will definitely book with her again!
I boarded my dog with Faith this week, and I had a great experience. She took excellent care of my dog and made sure he was comfortable, happy, and well looked after throughout his stay. What a terrible experience.... I left my pet after matching and agreed by. All relevant per info was filled in Rover app so there was nothing hidden. Immediately after I handed pet and left for my trip, ahe sent messages that she cannot take care. She labeled pet as aggressive. I told her if she can manage as I'll be back and 'm in middle of highway. She threatened that if I don't come and pick my pet right away she will call Animal control unit. I was shocked to hear that. I left my trip and came back after driving an hour back. I was able to send my little one to daycare where they took great care and told our pet is so sweet and making friends. I have their written report card. I almost lost my whole trip, but it got delayed and I had to change plans though. I know my pet. He might be skeptical meeting new people but never aggressive or biting anybody. He's small breed 15-pound boy very playful pet. My honest opinion is that she cannot handle pets and capable of taking care the way she handled everything and panicked us. I am glad I was able to take my sweet boy back from her. In fact, my pet was so scared I don't know how she treated my pet in the mean time.
Faith was so wonderful, her attentiveness and patience was so great. She was really responsive and attentive to his needs. Faith has a lot of experience with dogs and you can tell by her patience and attitude towards them. Thank you Faith for taking care of Reese.
Faith was an amazing care giver for our dog Charlie. She was really great with getting him out for walks, and her dog Charlie and our dog got along well. Would definitely book with her again.
