My gecko-child is low-maintenance (though he loves his “zoomie” time). Knowing another animal needs fun and exercise makes me genuinely happy — I enjoy weaving their needs into my day. Whether it’s long walks, quiet company, or playtime, caring for animals always gives me balance and joy

Safety, trust & environment
I care for animals with the same patience and love I give my own. In a client’s home, I follow your pet’s familiar routines to help them feel safe and comfortable in their space. I take time to understand their comfort cues and needs so they stay relaxed, cared for, and happy while you’re away. My goal is always a calm homecoming — a happy animal, a tidy space, and peace of mind.
Information Faith M. would like to know about your pet
Every animal has their own rhythm and comfort zone. I like to know what calms them during a storm, how they play, what words they respond to, and any routines or needs that help them feel secure. The more I know, the more easily I can help them settle and enjoy their time while you’re away.
A typical day
Every pet defines “fun” differently. I take time to figure out what that means for each. For dogs, it might be sniffing trails, exploring safely on walks, or playing fetch; for cats, it could be cozy window time, feather games, or affection when invited. I adapt their day to their personality and energy so they feel seen and understood.

Pet care experience
I’m studying to become an equine therapist and have spent most of my life surrounded by animals — rarely with fewer than three dogs at home, from Great Danes to Maltese and Labradors. I’ve worked under veterinarians and groomers, and I bring that same attentive care to every animal I meet. I live in a pet-friendly area with plenty of walking and play space, and I’m constantly borrowing friends’ dogs for extra walks and city adventures. I love building trust with each animal — from shy rescues to high-energy pups — and helping them feel safe, calm, and happy while their people are away.

Reviews
Reliable, communicates well and truly cares for your animals.

Faith stayed at our house for a few days with our cat and separation anxiety dog and was great! She was easy to communicate with, sent lots of updates and we came home to happy animals and a clean house.

Super flexible and took good care of my dogs on their walk! Will def be using her again :)

Faith was great with all our dogs needs! I was very nervous leaving our dog for the first time for a long weekend because he can be reactive to other dogs, but Faith worked well with them and provided me with many updates so I felt at ease during our trip!
