Likes and Dislikes: Do they have favorite toys, treats, or activities? Anything they don’t like or that stresses them out? Emergency Info: Who is their vet, and what’s the best way to reach you in case of an emergency? Knowing these details helps me keep your pet safe, comfortable, and happy while you're away!
