I began pet sitting four years ago on advice from a friend. I started assisted with the care of multiple dogs, and I absolutely love it! After experiencing how fun and rewarding it is to dog sit, I wanted to help out more owners and their dogs. By now I have taken care of a few dogs by myself and it’s always a blast. The highlight of my dog-sitting career was a three-month house sit on an island in the Caribbean!

Fabian made Mihla's stay a peaceful experience for me. He kept me informed about everything and clearly understood how much he enjoyed spending time with the dogs. Mihla's routine wasn't interrupted; she has a very comfortable space to share when they're at his house, and he made sure she stayed cool during the hot weather. He told me about the scares she gave him and the challenges she faced, which were also important to know about. Fabien took amazing care of my little chihuahua - Emma, for over 20 days! He was very responsible— even helper to brush Emma's teeth every day. Communication was smooth and easy, and both Fabien and his roommates are clearly loving and caring toward pets. Highly recommended!
I highly recommend Fabien after having my dog, Pancakes, stay with him at his apartment for 2 weeks! I got regular photo updates without prompting. Every time Pancakes was having fun, at the office, in the park - he clearly looked after him well. Thank-you again!

Schedule
I work from home fulltime and have a lot of free time next to that. I go outside multiple times a day and enjoy sitting in Sarphati Park (2 min walk). On the weekends I meet up with friends and we hang out at The Amstel, in the parks or at a terrace. They absolutely love when I’m taking care of a four legged friend :). So having a pet around fits really well into my daily life.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a nice and cozy apartment in which pets are allowed on my couch and on the bed. At night I love it when they sleep close to me but I can also easily crate your pet.
A typical day
I will take your dog to Sarphati Park (2 min walk from my place). Here we can play fetch, enjoy the park and play with other dogs in the dog park! I also love to just stroll around in De Pijp.
