I would highly recommend Fabiana and would leave Olly with her again. She was fantastic with communication throughout his stay, sending regular updates and keeping me informed about how he was doing. She was also incredibly flexible and accommodating when my flight was delayed, which I really appreciated. It was clear that she took the time to get to know Olly's routine, including his walks, feeding schedule and general preferences. He came home well groomed, relaxed and clearly comfortable in her care. Most importantly, she genuinely seemed to enjoy having him. As an owner who tends to pay very close attention to every little detail of my dog's wellbeing, I felt reassured knowing he was with someone caring, reliable and conscientious.
