Lots of problems! MEDICATIONS Neely was supposed to get Reconcile (doggy Prozac) every morning. There is a timer cap on the bottle. When Neely returned Sunday night, the timer cap showed the bottle hadn't been opened in 60 hours, meaning she had skipped three days in a row. Neely was also supposed to get allergy medications (a generic form of Zyrtec) every day. I left a bottle with over 300 pills in it. On Thursday, Eynnys texted me to say, " we had a little accident and the allergy pills unfortunately spilled while organizing. Are they over the counter ones I can purchase? Or I can fill it at her vet! She took her last one this morning :) I'm okay with purchasing them so let me know!" I told her what the medication was and that it was OTC. However, when Neely was returned to me, there was no allergy medication among her things. FOOD My instructions said that Neely should get 3/4 of a cup of dog food a day, half in the morning and half in the evening. For a 10-day trip, I left 10 cups of food, which should have been more than enough. However, when she returned, all the food I had left was gone, and there was a new bag with some already used. I can only assume that Eyannys was overfeeding her. NOT RETURNED ON TIME I originally booked until 6:00 pm on Sunday. I figured I'd probably be home by 3, but wanted to allow some margin in case there was a traffic jam on my way home. At 12:51 pm, I texted to say that I would be home a little after 2:00, and could pick Neely up at 3:00. No response. At 2:15, I texted to say we were home, and asked if I could pick her up at 3:00. No response. At 4:35, I texted to say, "Just checking on when Neely can come home?" I finally got a response at 6:24 saying, "Hi! Yes I’ll drive her home around 6pm:) Is that okay? We went to the park" I immediately texted back pointing out that it was already past 6 and asking for an idea of the time. No response. At 8:01, I texted, "Just checking on this, because you said 6 and it's 8 now." No response. I called at 9:00, and got voicemail. At 9:22, I texted, "I'm getting a bit panicky here. It's now past 9. I should be going to bed. I can't reach you, and I don't know where Neely is." I called at 9:59 and got voicemail. At 10:00, Eyannys finally texted me and said, "Hi! So sorry my phone broke and had no signal. I can drop off Neely in the morning :) Is that ok? Gave her medicine" I responded at 10:02 that I wanted to see Neely that night. At 10:20, not having heard further, I asked how soon she could get there. At 10:25, she texted to say 30 minutes. Shortly after 11:00, Neely finally appeared, but not with Eyannys. The person who brought her identified himself as her brother. He said she had gotten very sick, and he was going to the hospital to see her. Even if this was true, she had been texting as late as 10:25 without indicating anything was wrong, so it did not explain why Neely hadn't been ready by 6:00, when the booking was supposed to have ended. And there seemed to have been a lot of conflicting explanations: Her phone was broken. She had no signal. She was at the park. (She lives a mile from me, so it shouldn't have taken 5 hours to get back from the park.) And now that she was so sick she was in the hospital. MISSING PROPERTY I had left a towel with Neely, explaining that I put it around her car seat to avoid making a mess in the car if she drooled. The towel was not returned. And as mentioned, I had left a bottle of allergy pills, and none were returned LACK OF COMMUNICATION Compared to everything else, this was minor. But this was a 9.5-day booking. I got two photos of Neely on the Friday the booking started, then one more on the Sunday. I then didn't hear anything by Wednesday, so I texted to ask how Neely was doing. I then got one more photo and Eyannys said she was doing "Amazing." Then no more communications at all, other than the ones about having spilled the allergy meds, before my return on Sunday.

Extremely accommodating and great communication. Thank you.

Eyannys was very communicative, kind, and flexible. I will definitely request her services again!
