Animals have always been a big part of my life, but my first real hands-on experience came a few years ago when I had the chance to care for my friend’s dogs—it was such a rewarding experience and really confirmed how much I love working with pets. Since then, I’ve cared for all kinds of animals, not just dogs! I currently have two sweet guinea pigs, so I’m comfortable with small animals like rabbits, hamsters, and rats too. Right now, I also have one dog of my own, and I’ve spent a lot of time researching how to give him the healthiest, happiest life possible—from nutrition and enrichment to training and routine.

Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or a client’s, their comfort and safety always come first. I make sure the space is clean, calm, and pet-friendly—free of anything that could be unsafe or stressful. At home, I’ve set up cozy spots for rest, areas for play, and keep things tidy and secure. If I’m in someone else’s house, I always treat it with respect and stick closely to the pet’s routine to help them feel at ease. I know every pet is different, so I take time to learn what they like, what makes them feel safe, and how to help them feel right at home. Clear communication and trust are super important to me—I always keep pet parents updated and make sure their pets are getting all the love and care they deserve.

Evonnie is a patient and detailed dog sitter. She was patient with our high energy dog by taking her on multiple walks to make sure she gets the exercise she needs. She is detailed with sharing updates and responsive to messages. She made sure my dog is well fed as well and even added treats to her meals. Would recommend Evonnie :)
I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Evonnie! She’s been incredibly sweet and attentive to Bori from day one. She even came a little early just to spend some time bonding with Bori before the walk—which meant a lot to me and clearly made Bori more comfortable too. Even when I gave her a long list of instructions (which I know can be a bit much!), she handled everything with patience, kindness, and total flexibility. You can really tell she cares—not just about doing the job right, but about making sure your pup feels safe and happy. She’s reliable, communicative, and has a naturally calm and caring presence. I feel totally at ease knowing Bori is in her hands 🩵🐾
Evonnie has been so helpful with Rex. Sometimes I have to ask for requests on the same day or even within the hour. She’s quick to respond, she’s reliable, and always sends me so many updates of my pup. Evonnie and I have built a relationship and can’t wait to have her help more often!

Schedule
Pet care is a big part of my daily life—it’s something I truly enjoy and make time for every day. Since I already care for my own pets, it’s easy for me to incorporate walks, playtime, feeding, and snuggles into my routine. Whether it’s weekdays or weekends, I’m flexible and happy to adjust to your pet’s schedule to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for, just like at home.
