I got my first puppy at 5, and have been an animal lover since. Prior to Rover, I have dog sat, provided check-ins, and walked dogs for friends and family while growing up and occasionally in college. I do have experience with older dog care as well. While I do live in the Wichita area, I work in Newton during my regular 9-5. Because of this, I can easily provide drop-in visits and daily walking around my work schedule for clients in Newton!

Evin is amazing!! Our Golden Retriever had the BEST time there. It was the first time we had ever left him and I was quite anxious. Evin treated him like her own and did so much with him! I got pictures and videos every day we were away. Emerson didn’t even want to come home. I highly recommend Evin! So grateful!
Evin has taken care of our blue heeler Pepper several times and we’ve always come home to smiles on both of their faces! It’s apparent that Evin really loves to be around animals and especially loves caring for dogs. When Pepper is with her, Evin takes her for long, enjoyable walks (exactly what a high energy blue heeler needs), provides plenty of snuggles, and obviously makes sure she has food, water, and other necessities. I always feel that Evin follows our requirements for care but provides a truly enjoyable experience for Pepper while we’re gone - which makes it easier for us to leave again, knowing our furry friend is in such good hands!
I’m writing on behalf of Evin being a wonderful pet caregiver. I’ve known Evin for awhile, and the thing that makes Evin the most excited are animals. She will give constant compassion to the pet to make sure that it is feeling okay. It is very important to her that animals feel loved. No matter the animal, she will love it like her own. Evin is constantly striving to make sure that the animals were taken care of. She gives her attention to the pet constantly. Evin wants to make sure that your pet is feeling the best every day. She will take them on walks, play with them, or do whatever they need to be happy. Evin’s love for animals is what makes her an outstanding candidate to watch your pet. While watching over my two dogs and cats, Evin constantly made sure they were having a good time while their owners were away. She paid close attention to details when it came to the instructions that were left for her. She even sent us videos of the animals playing while she was there. Evin was a great caregiver for our animals. Evin is very compassionate towards animals and will do whatever it takes to make sure that they are taken care of. I hope you will consider Evin and all of the care she will give to your animals.

Schedule
I work from home, so your pet will have 24/7 care and attention while staying with us! If your fur baby needs specific care that is based on a timed schedule, I can easily provide that. Each day your pup is with us, we will go for a walk, spend time in our fenced back yard playing, and get loads of love from my dog and myself.

I have a fenced backyard for easy bathroom breaks and time to stretch the legs. My own pup will be here to comfort and play with your furry friend, giving you ease of mind that they are not missing you too much.

A typical day
While caring for your pup, you can expect us take many walks, including visits to Wetland Park trail (my dog’s favorite!) and spend some time playing in my own fenced backyard or at our local dog park. Of course, we will have some downtime for rest and relaxation throughout the day.
