Pet care experience
I have a warm heart for cold noses!
I have experience with sitting a wide range of pets. This includes dogs, cats, turtles, rabbits, horses, goats, chickens, and even geese! I now reside in Avon Lake. However, throughout college and as a resident of Athens, I provided overnight care and check ins for folks who own farms, or for folks who had a smaller furry family. I have learned on the job from hands on experience, and I have owned my own pets as well! My clients love that I provide them with regular updates and pictures of their animals. Not only will I care for your animals while you are away, but I will keep up with chores so you don’t come home to a mess! My main goal for many of my clients was to provide them some relief from their farm as they took a much needed vacation. I hope to work with you so that you can take that trip stress free!

Safety, trust & environment
I establish a loving relationship with all animals, no matter how big or small or whether the dog has a disability or health conditions. I have taken care of a blind elderly dog named Otto who has since passed away. That dog taught me so much about how to establish a connection through touch and sound. I can find ways to workaround roadblocks with any animal (and offer them lots of treats and pets while I’m at it).

Evelyn has experience caring for many animals, from dogs and cats to chickens, goats, and horses. She has experience pet sitting while families are away. She is responsible and loves and cares for every animal, whether it is a farm animal or a house pet.
