🐾 Qualifications & Experience • DBS checked, certificate on request • Animal Care & Pet First Aid/CPR (QLS Level 3) • Veterinary Support Assistant Diploma • Level 2 Animal Care • Animal Behaviour training I’ve loved dogs my whole life and have experience with all sizes and breeds — from German Shepherds to Shih Tzus. I currenty work in the veterinary sector, after a 5 year gap away. Here I have gained strong knowledge of animal health, behaviour, and client care. Alongside this, I’ve regularly cared for and walked dogs for friends and family. I have a particular interest in dog behaviour, especially supporting nervous or reactive dogs. I adopted my own dog from an abuse background (Hatton Kennels) and have spent the past 3 years building his confidence with the support of behaviourists and some hard work. It’s been one of the most rewarding experiences and has given me real, hands-on understanding of patience, trust-building, and calm handling. I’ve also had the pleasure of volunteering at Hilbrae Rescue Kennels, and I’m keen to continue supporting rescue work. I’m confident in caring for nervous or reactive dogs and always take a calm, gentle approach. I completely understand how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pet, so I’m always happy to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand.

I take a keen interest in dog behaviour and always want to understand the dogs needs. I will adapt to whatever the owner wants. And most importantly, will love your doggo as if it were my own.

Eve was absolutely amazing with Axel, she came and did a meet and greet prior to the stay and we couldn’t fault her at all. We had a hectic afternoon and Eve was able to stay with Axel despite many changes of plan and he was happy throughout. Eve was chilled through the chaos which made things so much easier for us. She sent us updates thought and did everything exactly as we asked and to Axels routine. 10/10 would recommend and would love to use Eve again without a doubt!

This was our second walk booking with Eve - felt very happy giving her access to the house while we are out, as she is so reliable and great with our 3-year old rescue dog. Pics were fab to see of what looked like a lovely walk, and Eve is always conscious of weather conditions so brought Comet back before it got too hot for some garden time instead. Thank you Eve!

Couldn’t recommend Eve highly enough - she just gets dogs! Our boy Comet can be a little unsure with new people but he took to her instantly and chose to sit at her feet. I think he picked up on her calm energy. Communication was great and was so lovely to see the pics and updates from his walks while we were away. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Eve again.
Eve looked after our 4yo Labrador, Teddy, at fairly short notice. She was excellent and talked is through the process as we hadn’t used a dog sitter in our own home before. A very calm and kind nature, Ted seemed to very much at ease around her. She sent us picture updates through the day and the evening which we greatly appreciated! Excellent dog sitter, couldn’t recommend more and will certainly be using her again in the future 👍

Schedule
Work part time at a Vets. I am available evenings and weekends currently with more flexible hours to come. I am central Telford so travelling is never a problem.
