We entrusted Lina Rowbottom with caring for our beloved dog Pookie for a full month while we escaped to the Caicos with my wife. Lina did an outstanding job from start to finish. She was wonderfully proactive, ensuring Pookie’s needs were met, routines were followed, and Pookie felt loved and secure in our absence. Even when Pookie fell ill, Lina handled the situation with exceptional care and discretion—keeping us informed in a respectful, non-intrusive way while we were away, and taking all the necessary steps to ensure Pookie received the best possible care. Her dedication, communication, and thoughtful updates gave us real peace of mind. When we plan our next trip, Lina will be our first choice, without a doubt.
