Unfortunately, my experience with Ethan’s services today was disappointing. My biggest concern was the lack of communication and reassurance throughout the process. When trusting someone with your pets, you hope to receive updates, transparency, and the confidence that they are being cared for properly. Without that communication, I was left feeling uncertain and frustrated. Our pets are members of our family, and trusting someone with their care is a big responsibility that requires reliability, compassion, and clear communication. I wish Ethan nothing but the best moving forward :)

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Evan. This was my first time ever leaving my cats with someone, and I was so nervous because my biggest fear is them getting out. I told Evan how anxious I was, and he was so kind and understanding from the start. He kept me updated, responded so quickly whenever I reached out, and made me feel completely at ease. I was actually able to enjoy my vacation without constantly worrying about my cats. I’m so grateful I found Evan and will absolutely be booking with him again. I couldn’t recommend him more!!!!!!!
