Your Go-To, Work-from-Home Pet Dad
I’ve been around animals my entire life and can’t imagine a home without them. As a lifelong pet lover who has raised both dogs and cats, I understand how deeply we care for our pets and how difficult it can be to leave them behind. I currently have two dogs and two cats, and as someone who works from home, I’m lucky to spend all day with them. When I care for your pets, I provide the same attention, affection, and presence I give my own. One of the hardest parts about traveling or being away is knowing your pet might be alone for most of the day. That’s why I take pride in offering near-constant companionship and care. Whether your pet needs playtime, cuddles, or just someone nearby to feel comfortable, I’ll be there to make sure they’re happy and cared for while you’re gone.

Evan and his spouse were amazing! I’m so grateful they were able to take my last-minute booking and it could not have been a better situation for our boy Kevin! He can struggle with some separation anxiety. But in Evan’s care he absolutely thrived , even ate his dinner which doesn’t happen often with sitters. He loved their to pups and came home to me calm and happy! I would recommend them to everyone and will book again when I am in town!
Evan was absolutely wonderful with my dog Bentley! From the start, he was kind, professional, and easy to communicate with. I felt completely at ease leaving Bentley in his care. Throughout the stay, I received tons of photos and updates, which really reassured me that Bentley was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. It was clear Evan went above and beyond to make sure Bentley was getting attention, exercise, and love. Bentley came home relaxed, happy, and clearly had a great time. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! I’ll definitely be booking with Evan again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring Rover sitter.

Because I work from home, I am typically at home all day, every single weekday. I typically take one hour to go to the gym, which is just a few minutes away from our house. But other than that short time away, I am typically working in my home office the rest of the day. My weekend hours may fluctuate a bit, but I am generally not away from home for more than 4 hours at any given time.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a spacious home with plenty of room for our own animals and our guests to roam during the day. We don't mind animals on the furniture, so they can relax on the couch or one of the many beds we have for them throughout the house. Our backyard is large and fenced, giving them plenty of room to run outside and get some exercise.
Pets
A typical day
We have 2 dogs and 2 cats in our home, Addie and Finley (dogs) and Riley and Lewis (cats). Our dogs, even though they are a bit older, love to meet new friends and will play throughout the day. They also love their naptime, so your pets will definitely have some time to relax as well. Our cats are very used to dogs in their space, and Riley will come say hi throughout the day. Lewis likes his alone time, so he will probably stay hidden and out of the way. If requested, I am happy to go on a walk or 2 throughout the day to keep everyone entertained. And they will love their outdoor time in our large enclosed yard and sunny deck.
