Blu’s Animal Playhouse
Caring for animals have always been in me. I started very young when I was about 9. Walking and babysitting the neighbors Siberian Husky & Doberman. That continued well into middle school & high school. After ward I would work & volunteer at ASPCA of Delaware County, PA. After I moved south I worked as a Veterinarian Technician at Banfield & WellPet Human Clinic. Which enabled me to perfect my skills and learn more about my craft. In which I administered medications, took vitals, nursed newborns, assessed & sometimes cared for hospice babies. Through my 15 plus years of in-school and on the job training along with my over love for animal companion, I have become what all my clients refer to as the “Dog Whisperer” My daily routine and schedule is animals. I walk and board almost daily. This is what I love and I will continue to do what I love. I care for each pet individually and as if they were my very own. If I am boarding I keep a very calm and free form environment. Playing calming meditation music while allowing each fur baby to relax. After all it is a vacation/ trip for them as well. ☺️ I am very responsive and send video and picture updates on each fur baby companion. I take a careful and skilled approach. Your baby is as safe with me as they would be with you. 🙂 I can promise that. During house sittings I follow all instructions given, am prompt and always give updates. I am definitely one of the best, my clients call me the “Dog Whisperer” 😅

Evan was a fabulous and responsive sitter! He took great care of Louie and was super easy to coordinate with. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable sitter in the Atlanta area!
Evan was awesome! I will definitely send my dog to him in the future if I’m in ATL. My wife is a former host on Rover and we both agree that Evan is one of the top sitters: highly responsive over text, attentive to dog behavior, and most of all…an incredibly nice and courteous guy. We lucked out finding Evan.
I am grateful to Evan for providing a safe place for Teddy. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience. His location was not updated on the app. Instead of being located in my neighborhood, he was over 30 minutes away. Additionally, he was not responsive to my texts. I was hoping to hear from him within an hour or so. He responded 3 to 14 hours later. After picking Teddy up, I found poo on his stomach. Evan is super nice and I am hoping this was a one-off.
A+. Evan took great care of Ashby and of our house. He's trustworthy, dependable and sent updates regularly. I was out of town for 10 days and it was nice not to have to worry about what was going on back home. I'd highly recommend him.
Evan is the best. He played a lot with my dog in fenced area off leash, sent many pics and videos, responded promptly. I would not name names but another pricy dog sitter put on pads around my dogs belly and does not offer off leash time since the yard was not fenced. My dog didn’t seem happy or energetic after coming back from that stay. BUT this is was a total different! Trust Evan and you will not regret!
I cannot speak more highly of Evan - his care, professionalism, promptness, communication and trustworthiness are only a few of his attributes that are quite honestly - unmatched. Not only did he make me feel comfortable and confident during his stay and while taking care of my pup - he is simply a delightful man. 15/10 - I cannot recommend someone more highly. I will be a regular user of Evan’s services. Thank you so much for your outstanding help - you are greatly appreciated.

A typical day
A typical day at Blu’s Animal Playhouse starts with a morning walk and breakfast then exercise, naps and lots of fun & lovins I always keep lots of great treats and in house food, training is available As most of my time is spent at home with the babies. And if I need to I have a network of friends that are also Rover approved to help with anything.
