15+ Years of Dog and Cat Care
Hi, I'm Eva, and I've had dogs for my entire life. I've been sitting for longer than I can remember, for friends and family as well as through Housecarers dot com, where I have additional references upon request. This has given me experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and energy levels, and I am by no means partial. As for cats, I'm very comfortable caring for them as well; sadly I am allergic to cats, so my pricing there is a little higher. I also have experience with rabbits, fish, reptiles, and horses. No interviews please; my reviews speak for me. My time is very valuable, and I ask that you do not waste it.

As a person with autism, I am naturally very solitary and I feel most at home when I'm alone with just animals for company. I love reading and cooking, and I'm constantly watching streamers and YouTube. During a housesit, I tend not to leave if I don't have to, usually just for errands or other Rover obligations.

Our dog really enjoyed the long walks that Eva took her on while house sitting for a week.
Eva was fantastic, came for a visit before the weekend, then spent 4 nights with Arnie. He was shy initially and out of sorts, first pet sitter after being rescued 5 months ago. Eva brought him along slowly and by the time we came home Arnie and Eva were doing great! Eva did a great job. Arnie made a huge step with this weekend, and we’re grateful to Eva for her work with him!!
Eva was amazing! This was the first time we'd trusted someone else to care for our dogs, and we were naturally a little nervous—especially since one of our dogs had recently experienced a medical issue and needed medication. Eva handled everything with ease, followed all of our instructions perfectly, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. When we got home, our dogs were happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter and would absolutely recommend Eva to anyone looking for someone reliable and compassionate to care for their pets.
We felt completely comfortable leaving our pups and house with Eva. She was very attentive when we first met and ask appropriate questions. She sent us daily pictures and promptly returned any questions or messages. We will ask her again.

Schedule
I'm an artist working out of my home and housesitting has become my full-time job to supplement that. Therefore my working hours are usually time spent with pets.
