I have an 8 year old basset hound who often faces challenges in new environments and around new people. Reluctantly, I’ve had to board him at a pet hotel when I’ve got out of town in the past. These stays caused a few issues and had me regretting that I had done that. I’ve had friends who have had great experiences using rover so this last time I figured why not try a more personalized/intimate experience for my dog. I know leaving your dog with someone you don’t know can be quite difficult and trust me I definitely had my own trepidations but Eunice came highly recommended to me by a friend. After some communication back and forth online I decided to give Eunice a try. Eunice’s place was clean and organized and immediately gave me a bit of relief. She was also just as nice in person as she was online. But the real test was to see how she interacted with my dog. Her demeanor was very calm and comforting and after a few pets and treats she started to earn the trust of my dog. She also has a dog of her own and he is very cute I might add! I can’t say enough about how comfortable she made my dog and myself throughout the whole experience. I will be definitely using her again in the future
