Every dog deserves love & kindness
I have been a volunteer for Washington Alaskan malamute Adoption league. Most recently in doing in-home evaluations of pets that the owners want to surrender. I have also volunteered with Old Dog Haven. I have been a dog owner my entire life and know how much they add to our lives.

If I’m taking a pet for a walk or staying in the home, my priority will always be the safety and well-being of your pet. I know how traumatic it would be for me if anything were to happen to my dog and I pledge to make sure I take the utmost care of any dog that is in my care. I greatly appreciate the level of trust someone shows in trust a family member to my care.

Excellent care taker for our babies. Fed on time, potties went well, took them in a nice long walk, and gave them lots of attention and love! Will rebook again when in the area next!
Gene is very kind and patient and loves spending time with Painter
We can’t say enough wonderful things about Gene. He took such good care of our 9 year old Greyhound Luigi. Followed all of our guidelines perfectly and spent quality time with our sweet and quirky boy. We can tell that Luigi felt comfortable with Gene right away and had a great weekend. It was a good feeling to know that he was in capable hands while we were away. Gene is not only an excellent pet sitter, he is a super nice person too. We will request him again if he is available!
Gene watched our two very large dogs on short notice. He was great always showing up on time and giving them all the attention they needed. He worked hard to make it a seamless experience, and we will definitely be asking him to come back in the future!
Eugene seems knowledgeable and experienced working with dogs. He has been really responsive and willing to work with us, going above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable. He is great with our high energy/drive dog and gave lots of feedback about how things went. We will be booking him again.
I have known Gene for over 30 years. any of that time I have seen him adopt dogs and treat them with the ultimate love and care and humor. He also take a step further with his passion for old dogs that needed a home. He worked with old dog Haven, a charity, and even when he was racing cars as a hobby he had that painted on his car to help advertise and bring awareness to old dogs that need a home. I cannot think of a better person I would have to watch my dog. Also, on that note my dog absolutely loves Gene when he would pull into my driveway my dog would go crazy roll over and water. Her belly rubbed and recognize his truck so don’t just take my word for it. Take my dog word for it as well lol lol

Schedule
I am retired after 28 years of law-enforcement at the federal level. Doing pet care and pet part time is a dream Retirement job for me.
