(Hi, please please read before requesting 😊 thank you!) I give dogs a real outdoor life in NYC 🌿🌿 Walks are always tailored to your dog.. slow strolls or longer walks for active pups. Lots of fresh air, sniffing, and exploring on walks, plus access to safe gated outdoor spaces when it fits your dog and your preference. I’m a dog mom myself so I understand how much our dogs mean to us. I’ve been caring for dogs for over 5 years and treat every pup like my own. I have Fear Free shelter informed training and volunteer with the ASPCA, so I pay close attention to how dogs are feeling and always move at their pace. Based in the Bronx (just 4 stop away from East Village), I work with city dogs who need more space and a calmer environment without leaving NYC. Your dog will get a balanced day.. outdoor time, structured walks, play, enrichment and downtime. ✨ Pickup & drop-off available for all NYC Clients.

Ethel was wonderful, and I would highly recommend her! We were nervous about leaving our 5-month-old Golden Retriever puppy, Remy, for the first time—especially for 10 nights—but Ethel put us at ease right away. She was incredibly patient, flexible, and attentive to Remy’s routine, making sure he had everything he needed to feel comfortable and at home. She gave him the perfect balance of playtime and downtime, with walks in the park, games of tug-of-war and fetch, and lots of playtime with her Golden Retriever, Happy. One of the best parts was the updates. Ethel sent us photos and videos three times a day, and we always looked forward to seeing what Remy was up to. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was happy, well cared for, and having such a great time. We couldn’t have asked for a better first boarding experience!
I cannot recommend Ethel and her daughter enough! They take the absolute best care of my dog, Stevie, and treat her like one of their own. From the moment I drop her off, I know she is in loving, trustworthy hands. One of my favorite things is how many pictures and updates they send throughout her stay. It gives me so much peace of mind to see Stevie happy, comfortable, and having a great time. You can truly tell how much they love and care for the pets they watch. Finding someone you completely trust with your fur baby is priceless, and that’s exactly what I found with Ethel. I never have to worry when Stevie is with her. She goes above and beyond every single time, and I honestly wouldn’t leave Stevie with anyone else. If you’re looking for someone who will love and care for your four-legged family member as much as you do, look no further—Ethel is simply the best!
Ethel is incredibly kind and handled our very large and high energy dog with ease. She provided consistent updates accompanied by photos and videos of our dog playing and having the time of his life. Our dog got so much exercise with Ethel and her golden, and was dropped off happy and exhausted. Would recommend her to anyone!
Ethel took care of our cavapoo, Max, for 10 days, and we are so thankful he was in such great hands! She updated us constantly on how he was doing, kept him safe and happy, and sent us so many pictures of him enjoying his walks and play time under her care. She was timely, thorough, and we would 100% trust Ethel next time to watch our dog in the future. Thank you again, Ethel!!
Ethel took such a good care of my two doggies. She kept me informed with lots of pictures. My dogs looked quite happy and comfortable at her place. I’d definitely book her again in the future.

Schedule
I work part time, which gives me flexibility and time to focus on your dog. I’m available on weekdays and weekends and make sure your dog gets the attention they need.

I follow your pups usual routine, meals and any special instructions and do my best to make them feel right at home. I keep the space clean and safe and I love sending lots of updates, photos, and videos so you can see how they're doing while you're away.

A typical day
A typical day with me is all about comfort, fun, and routine. We’ll start with a calm walk or potty break, followed by meals and some playtime or cuddles depending on your dog’s energy level. I love letting dogs sniff and explore on walks, playing gentle games or (rough play if they are into that) and making sure they get plenty of attention and affection. I also include rest time so they don’t feel overstimulated. My goal is for your dog to feel relaxed, happy, and at home while you’re away.
