I’ve been around animals my entire life and have years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. I grew up in a pet-loving household with everything from birds to dogs, and that early experience turned into paid pet sitting, dog walking, and cat care for friends, family, and repeat clients. I’ve cared for around a dozen pets across a wide range of sizes, breeds, and personalities—from small dogs with specific feeding and care routines to large, energetic dogs who need structured exercise and engagement. I also have experience with puppies, senior pets, and cats, and I’m comfortable managing multiple pets at once. I’ve handled common behavioral challenges such as leash pulling, barking, and reactivity using consistent routines, positive reinforcement, and calm redirection. I aim to support not just the pet, but also the owner, by maintaining structure and offering helpful observations when appropriate. My care style is attentive, patient, and active. I love getting dogs outside for safe, enriching exercise—whether that’s neighborhood walks, park visits, or time in dog-friendly open spaces around Denver. I’m equally happy providing calm companionship for pets who prefer a quieter pace. I’m experienced with feeding schedules, special diets, and detailed care instructions. While I have limited experience administering medication, I’m comfortable doing so for cooperative pets and always follow instructions carefully. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and overnight house sitting, and I’m flexible with scheduling.
