Ethan arrived a day early to make sure he understood the care instructions - that was appreciated. I believe he did a good job taking care of Jax but had no way to confirm. I would've appreciated notice when he arrived the first day. I didn't hear from him until day two when I asked how things were going. He did share a bit more information after that. Generally speaking I appreciated the service he provided but expected a bit more communication. In addition, he worked his other job for six or seven hours each afternoon/evening. That was not ideal but I agreed ro this arrangement. I augmented one of the evenings with a dog walker while he was out the most extended time.

We were coming to town for a wedding in Lake Geneva. This was my first experience with Rover and I was nervous. Ethan communicated with me before the date which helped ease my mind. When Ethan arrived he was very friendly and immediately gravitated to Romeo. Romeo was comfortable with Ethan from the start. While we were at the wedding Ethan sent pictures of him and Romeo having a good time and wishing us the same. I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter than Ethan I only wish we could use him more often.
Ethan took wonderful care of our two pups! He really made them feel like their parents weren’t missing. He was an awesome pup sitter and I can’t wait to book him for all our other needs!
Ethan recently cared for our dog and 3 cats while we travelled to our Grandson’s wedding. From our initial meeting I felt at ease. He was very affectionate with our critters and sent pictures while we were gone. He was quick to respond to my inquires and ask questions if he needed anything. Best of all we came home to animals that were well cared for and a house that was in order. I would be happy to have him stay with our “kids” again.
Ethan was the absolute best! He was incredibly communicative and took great care of our pup — he took some captures some amazing pictures during their time together. Highly recommend, thanks again Ethan!
