I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life, so caring for animals is second nature to me. I’m very comfortable with different personalities, from shy or nervous pets to high-energy dogs and curious kittens, and I’m patient in giving them time to warm up. Because I grew up with pets, I’m used to handling daily routines like feeding, walks, litter box cleaning, and playtime, as well as noticing small behavioral changes that might signal stress or discomfort. Your pets will be treated like part of my own family while you’re away.

Ethan did an excellent job boarding Zeke while we were away on vacation. From the beginning, he was incredibly attentive, communicative, and detail-oriented. He sent regular updates with photos and messages so we always knew how Zeke was doing and how he was adjusting, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. He was very patient and understood that it took our Husky a little time to settle in. He made an effort to keep Zeke's routine as consistent as possible by following his feeding schedule, having him sleep in his crate at night, and helping ease the transition into a new environment. That attention to detail really meant a lot to us. When we picked Zeke up, it was obvious he had been active and having fun. He came home happy, tired, and well cared for. It was clear he spent his days playing with other dogs rather than just being kenneled or left to entertain himself. I highly recommend Ethan for any of your pet care needs. We will absolutely be using him again for future boarding. After meeting him and seeing firsthand how thorough, caring, and responsible he is, I wouldn't hesitate to leave Zeke, or any pet, with him again. Really sweet couple! They did a good job, it was last minute request too! My dogs seemed happy and not stressed so I know they felt comfortable with Ethan when I picked them up. He was very responsive and reassuring with photos. 10/10 recommend!

Pet care fits easily into my routine because I work from home, so I’m around throughout the day to give pets attention and care. I’m able to offer frequent potty breaks, play sessions, and cuddle time, and I make sure they get plenty of mental and physical stimulation so they’re not bored or lonely while you’re away.

I have a private dog park and a larger public park, giving dogs in my care instant access to safe, controlled outdoor play without car trips. The private park means no crowds or unknown dogs—just a secure, clean space for leashed walks to the gate, off-leash fun (if approved), and supervised exercise tailored to their needs. My home is fully pet-proofed with secure fencing, no hazards, and constant supervision since I work from home. Pets get frequent potty breaks, stimulation, and a calm environment, always leashed outside and following your rules for ultimate safety and trust.

I enjoy customizing each activity to suit the individual needs of every pet I care for. By taking into account their age, energy level, and unique personality traits, I can create experiences that feel fun, safe, and familiar for them. For younger pets, I might include playful games to help them expend energy, while older pets may appreciate more relaxed activities that suit their pace.

- I like to know: Daily routine: feeding times and amounts, walk schedule, potty routine, and where they usually sleep. Health & safety: vet contact, medications, allergies or food sensitivities, vaccine status, and any past injuries or medical issues I should watch for. Behavior & triggers: how they do with strangers, kids, other dogs/cats, any reactivity or fears (doorbells, bikes, loud noises), and whether they’ve ever bitten or tried to escape. House rules: furniture rules, crate use, off‑limits areas, treat guidelines, and what’s okay on walks (dog parks, meeting other dogs, sniffing in certain areas, etc.). Fun stuff: their favorite toys, games, treat puzzles, and calming things that help them settle so I can make our time together both fun and comforting. I go over these details during the meet & greet or in messages before the stay, and I’m always happy to follow written instructions step‑by‑step so your pet’s routine is followed exactly.
