I work from home/ am currently in between roles so I can walk your dog whenever suits! I don’t mind popping in or having a mid afternoon walk. Happy to be specific with timings to help if you are in the office.

I remember when I was training honey a friend who was a dog trainer told me that a tired dog is a good dog and I’ve always used that approach with honey. I know it’s doesn’t always have to be physical and it can also be enrichment games and activities to tire their minds as well as their bodies. So long walks, and lots of games!

Hi! I’m a calm, friendly dog lover based near the coast in North Shields. I’m responsible, reliable, and really attentive. I love getting to know each dog’s personality and making sure they feel safe and settled. I’ve raised my own dog since I found her at just 3 months old, and I’ve done all of her training myself. Because of that, I’ve spent a lot of time learning about positive training, routines, and what dogs need to feel happy and secure. I’m great at reading a dog’s mood, whether they’re full of zoomies and energy or more of a sleepy mood. I always focus on safety, comfort, and keeping to your dog’s usual routine so they feel at ease while you’re away. I’ll keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your dog is in really good hands.

Esther is fab - settles my nervey little (massive) dog and has been very adaptable and patient with me too. She’s responsive and keeps me up to date with how she gets on with the visits.
Esther has cat sat for my family on a number of occasions whilst we have been on holiday. She has gone above and beyond to ensure that my cat is fed and watered, and also that she doesn’t feel lonely when I’m not there for long periods. Esther is evidently a compassionate, careful and respectful animal lover and I would trust her with my cat again in a heartbeat. I know she has her own adopted dog and having seen them together it’s clear that Esther is able to bond with and adjust to even the trickiest of animals with love and care.
Esther is a kind, compassionate pet-owner with over 6 years experience. I have trusted her to look after my pets (1 cat and 1 dog) whilst being on holiday for extended periods on 2 occasions in the last year, and she always goes above and beyond to ensure the upmost care and attention for them while I am away. She arrives on time and is consistent and fair in her approach when dealing with animals. Esther is calm and consistent by nature, and these traits are evident in her dog Honey, who is known locally for how obedient, easy-going and friendly she is. Esther dedicated a long-time to researching and training Honey to behave safely and responsibly, and mirrors these behaviours as a dog-owner. I recommend Esther highly for any pet care.
