I cannot recommend this walker. When Ellie returned from this walk, she was trembling at my door, wanted to stay pressed against me, and did not want to move. She kept looking down at both front legs. When I examined her, I found that both front armpit areas were actively bleeding, with hair and skin ripped off. I then reviewed the report card from this walk. It included two photos showing that Ellie‘s harness was upside down and backwards. Unlike the walker’s prior walk with Ellie, no details were provided about the walk itself. I also reviewed my indoor camera footage from pick up. While the walker was putting the harness on, Ellie was standing in an awkward, frozen position with her back legs, appearing visibly uncomfortable. In hindsight, it looked like she was reacting to the harness being put on incorrectly. Based on what I observed, after the walk, the condition Ellie came home in, the camera footage, and the photos showing the harness on incorrectly, I do not believe Ellie was handled safely. She appeared to be in significant pain. I reported this incident to Rover immediately. I trusted this walker with my dog’s care, and that trust was not well placed.

Was very helpful with our puppy, communicated well. We would definitely use Estelle for walks in the future!
