You want your pet to feel happy, safe, and comfortable at home while you’re out of town? You’ve got it! 🐾 I’m Estefania, a certified veterinary assistant/technician, professional dog groomer, and longtime animal lover with 17+ years of hands on experience. I coordinate dog adoptions through our nonprofit organization and also work independently to educate, rescue, rehabilitate, and advocate for homeless pets and animals in need. I’m experienced with all kinds of pet care needs, including administering medications, wound care, preparing special meals, and making accommodations for pets with medical, behavioral, or special needs. I’m also backed by local veterinary resources when something outside the normal scope of pet sitting comes up. For our Sarasota area sitting, I’m fortunate to have my longtime friend Jen Semro joining me. Jen is retired and has been caring for pets since the 1980s. She lives a quiet, peaceful lifestyle and has always had a genuine love for animals. She enjoys photography and resin art in her free time and is the perfect person to provide calm, consistent companionship. Jen will be the primary sitter and will handle the day to day care, while I remain involved and available to provide my veterinary technician knowledge and additional support whenever needed. Together, we bring decades of combined pet care experience and a very personal approach to every animal we care for. We intentionally keep our pet care small and personal rather than taking on a large number of animals at once. Our goal is for your pet to receive genuine attention and maintain as much of their normal routine as possible. We can accommodate pets who need extra patience, special routines, medications, senior care, or simply a little more love and reassurance. For house sitting, we’ll accommodate our schedule around your pet’s needs so they can stay comfortable in their own environment while you’re away. We’re happy to provide updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are safe and being cared for. When I was about 9 years old, I became involved with Cat Tails and More, a local nonprofit organization, where I began learning how to work with and understand dogs on a deeper level. That early experience grew into a lifelong passion. Over the years, I’ve learned how to build amazing relationships with animals while also helping their people better understand them. Whether it’s a goofy pup , a nervous rescue, a senior who needs extra care, or a pet who simply wants someone nearby, I genuinely enjoy getting to know each animal as an individual.
