Hi! I’m a 3rd year Biology student with a lifelong love for animals. I’ve had a dog all my life and I’ve looked after cats, hamsters and rabbits. I’ve had experience looking after friends dogs as well as working in a cattery for two years to assist with cat care. I understand the need to find somebody you trust with your pets and I treat every animal as if they were my own. Whether it’s daily walks, feeding, playtime, or giving meds, I’m here to help your pet feel happy and safe while you’re away.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always follow the specific routines and instructions you provide, whether it’s for feeding, medications, or walks. I make sure pets are always supervised and never put in unsafe situations. I take time to build trust with each animal so they feel calm and secure with me. I’m gentle, patient, and attentive to their needs - whether that means a quiet cuddle or an energetic play session. I will always respect your home when sitting there and keep doors locked, leashes secure, and never leave pets unsupervised outside. You’ll get regular updates and photos so you can feel at ease while you’re away!

Esme was absolutely wonderful looking after my cat, Arya. She was so kind and caring, and I could tell right away that Arya felt comfortable and safe with her. Esme went above and beyond—she kept me updated every day with photos and little messages, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. My cat is older and can be a bit fussy at times, but Esme took such great care of her and made sure all her needs were met. I came home to a very happy, relaxed cat, which says it all! I’m so grateful to have found someone so trustworthy and reliable, and I’ll definitely be asking Esme to look after Arya again in the future. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring pet sitter!

Calendar and availability
Schedule
As a University Student I have a very flexible schedule. I am free every weekend and every evening to help care for your pet. As well as this, over Summer I have a fully open schedule to care for your pets. This will allow me to complete drop in visits and overnight care depending on what you and your pet require.
