Trail Paws 🐾 // Dogs Fulfilled By Nature 🌱 My passion in life is dogs and in particular getting them adequate exercise (both mental & physical) because we all know "a fulfilled dog is a good dog and a good dog is a happy owner." // I was born and raised in White Bear Lake and spent 7 years out of state and in Montana where I ran a fufilling and successful business taking dogs for hikes, day training, boarding, and housesitting. // *** I am currently only offering Adventure walks, working walks, boarding for current clients, Day training and foundational puppy board and trains for potty trained dogs under 8mo. -ADVENTURE WALK +$10 (( Daycare rate listed) additional dogs + $25/each) Our adventure walks are longline or off leash walks with a group of dog friendly dogs or solo for our reactive friends. Walks include transportation, lots of pictures, and a structured opportunity to switch up your dogs daily exercise. Prices vary from what is posted. Dogs are with me for 2-4hrs DAY TRAINING - $80 Full day of training, pick up and drop off included. We will focus on leash pressure, "yes" work, place, reconnecting with the human, loose leash walking, treadmill and eventually adding on low level e-collar for off leash reliability and fulfillment! - WORKING WALK $55 (45min) Structured loose leash walks are 1 dog at a time and will be in your neighborhood (may travel based on needs) We will work on leash pressure, handler/dog connection and working through triggers. This is not about miles but about the quality of the walk/session. -BIKING $45 (30min) 30min bike ride, great for dogs that like to go faster and have more energy to expend, includes pick up and drop off -PUPPY TRAINING New puppy? Whether you're having issues or just want to get ahead of them, I'm your gal! Lets get together and make sure you have the tools to... ~ set your puppy up for success ~ learn your puppies needs ~ communicate with your puppy ~ build a relationship with your puppy We will address any issues coming up for you. It's an opportunity to pick my brain and get individual advice as well as have a resource for the future. I am your puppy coach :) offering Day Trains for puppies as well as 2 week foundational board and train programs. // My background is in rescue, training, and canine nutrition. I was the Owner Surrender Coordinator for the Minnesota pit bull rescue and worked as a dog trainer in Billings Montana. I am always attending training workshops, shadowing other trainers and mentors, and listening to podcasts. I have completed the Dog Gurus course- Knowing Dogs 101 and 201 and I am always reading to further my knowledge of dogs. I’m a certified pet food nutrition specialist as well as Raw Food certified, i've also completed my Fear Free certification through my volunteer work with the Maui Humane Society //
 In the past, through training and group hikes I would typically work with 100 different dogs every week, so I am confident that whatever challenges arise, I’ll be able to coach your dog through them and set them up for success. //
