I am an active military member in Tampa. My schedule fluctuates every week however I will keep my availability updated weekly. I will usually work 3 times a week so I will be pretty available.

I currently live in an apartment complex with a private dog area and there is also a nature park and trails right next door. Being in Tampa there are plenty of dog parks and beaches for your dogs to roam and explore.

Before caring for a pet, I’d like to know about their personality, routine, and any special needs. It’s helpful to know their energy level, favorite activities, feeding schedule, medications, allergies, triggers or fears, how they interact with people and other animals, and any commands they know. I also like to know about leash behavior, escape tendencies, and any house rules so I can provide the safest and most comfortable experience possible.
A typical day
I love keeping pets happy, active, and engaged! Depending on each dog’s age, personality, and energy level, I’ll enjoy neighborhood walks, games of fetch, tug-of-war, and plenty of playtime. For more relaxed pets, I’m happy to provide cuddles, gentle enrichment, and companionship. I’ll always follow the owner’s instructions and make sure every activity is safe, fun, and tailored to their pet’s individual needs.

I’ve grown up and taken care of dogs all my life. Family and friends have always come to me to take care of their precious ones. No dog is too big or too small, I will walk and love them all :)

If you want, Eryka will text photos of your pet to you during the day to let you know that she just finished a walk with your pet. Your dog needs exercise and play time. A good dog walker, such as Eryka, is physically fit to provide it to them. Eryka will walk around, play with them, and even run with them. Every dog has a different pace. Eryka is able to keep up with them. Not the marathon running kind of pace, but something that keeps the dog happy. Eryka is passionate and responsible. If your dog walker has these skills, they are a keeper.
