I'd like to know if your pet has any medical concerns like allergies, rashes, anything they may be struggling with so that I can keep in mind. Also if they have and listen to their recall / name being called, and if there's any triggers I should look out for on walks (cats, kids, squirrels, etc.). And if they've taken walks with new people before and their reaction then. Plus more, but these are the biggest questions from me
A typical day
I'd ask what their pets favorite toys and games are and find different ways to engage them in play (indoors or outdoors). That gives them the chance to expel the energy they may have built up. Plus consistent verbal affirmation/affection so that your pet can feel comfortable with me too

Pet care experience
I've had dogs, cats, and fish since I was 9 years old. I love learning about what makes each animal unique and their needs 🩷 they deserve to have that level of care and attention. I used to work at an outdoor education camp where I was a teacher, and also the main caretaker for our friendly reptiles (we had them for educational purposes). I love working with all sorts of animals, and it truly emphasizes my need to learn about what makes each animal unique. I am more than willing to do whatever you believe is best for your situation and your fur baby. I hope I get to meet more amazing animals in the area❤️

Eryka was our house/pet sitter for our two large dogs for 5 days. During her stay, she regularly sent pictures, updates, and asked great questions on how to best take care of our pack. We were able to enjoy our vacation and not worry about our dogs' safety. Our dogs got so many snuggles and treats, I think they were genuinely sad when she left. We will definitely be booking Eryka again when we travel!
Eryka did an amazing job watching my two fur babies overnight at my place. She played fetch with my over energized frenchie, which she loved. She sent pictures and status updates. She also kept them on their bed time schedule. I would definitely use her service again. Eryka was also kind enough to explain how the Rover system worked, since it was my first time ever using the service. Thank you Eryka for being amazing through the whole process.
Eryka did an amazing job taking care of Miles and Chase! I am especially grateful for her flexibility, as she stepped in at the last minute when I really needed the help. The dogs were incredibly well cared for and they looked so happy and content. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, loving pet sitter!
