I work full-time from home. Drop-off or pick-up times are flexible with me, however, it needs to be discussed in advance before boarding or day care starts. I am mostly available on weekends.

I provide daily exercise such as walking, running or biking. Four outdoor parks where dogs can walk, run, play. Many hiking trails in the area. My wife and I will be at home most of the time. So, your dog will be under constant supervision by two adults all the time.

I will require meet-and-greet in some neutral grounds (not your house or mine). Breed does not really matter to me. It is really important for me to be able to minimize any of your dog's anxiety when separating from you. Your dog and me: Besides discussing what works and what does not, I will walk with your dog for 5 to 15 minutes to see if your dog is okay with me. This is to find out if your dog is comfortable with me around. There is no point for me in providing the service to you if your dog is in any way uncomfortable with me. You and me: Please let me know in as details as possible about your dog's overall conditions, type of foods, allergies, behaviors, special needs, medications, basic commands, etc. I will try my best to follow them as close as possible to provide consistency for your dog.
A typical day
I have been living in the area for almost 4 years now. I know areas where it is safe for dogs to walk, hike, run, or play in the area. Physical Exercise: I can walk, ride a bike or ride a scooter with your dog if they need extra work outs. I can play with your dogs, such as tug of war, fetch balls, or just simply run around with your dogs. Mental Exercise: I can also provide your dog with some mental exercises such as: hide-and-seek or basic training.

Pet care experience
To be separated from the bond of your life is hard. I am here to help you. I will be your extension while your dog is waiting to once again reunite with you. Exercise: In ten years of walking, running, biking, playing and riding scooter with my dog, I know how to provide some exercises if your dog is happen to be a high energy creature. Separation Anxiety: This is a common problem with dogs separated from their loved ones. I know first hand how to deal with it. My dog had SA before. This requires trust from both your dog and you. Basic Training: I have experience fostering and training dogs. I also have experience helping dog parents on how to train their dogs. So when your dog is with us, they will get some basic training as a way to stimulate and exercise their brain. I know it requires consistency, patience and lots of love. So, if you want me to continue train your dog while you are away, I can do so. I grew up around dogs and have cared for and trained many of them through rescues and private families. I’m comfortable reading dog behavior and communication, and when your dog is with me, I make sure they’re understood, cared for, and treated like my own. I am working full-time from home and is available on weekends. During boarding, your dog will be with me, all day. My schedule is flexible, so we can discuss further what you need and we will make it work. For boarding or day care: 1. Backyard: there is a decent size fenced backyard for your dog to walk around and poop/pee. The backyard is clean as we pick the poop up right away and wash the pee regularly. 2. Inside the house: Good size for your dog to move around and rest. It is clean. We vacuum and mop the floor regularly. Kitchen is off-limit to dogs as sometimes I cook and it could be dangerous for dogs to roam around the kitchen during that time. 3. Humans: Besides me, my wife will also help taking care of your dog. She is also working from home. So, your dog will be under supervision by two adults. 4. Surroundings: We have several parks that I can take your dog for a walk, run or play. We have some hiking trails around the area that are safe for dogs to walk. 5. Vets/Animal Care Hospital: There is one animal hospital nearby (5-minute drive) from where I live.

We’ve used a lot of Rover sitters over the years, and Erwin & Theresia are 2 of the most impressive. They asked excellent questions about our dog and her habits prior to the first stay, and took great care of her while we were gone. We will definitely be using them again!

Erwin and Theresia and fantastic Charlie was depressed yesterday so I booked them today and today he came home a happy, new puppy I truly can never thank them enough for the good care and personal attention they give my dog and all the dogs I see in their home They truly are honest, caring giving pet lovers and anyone looking for a great Rover sitter these two go above and beyond They simply are the best, I am so lucky and truly blessed
