Information Ernesto C. would like to know about your pet
It is important for me to know how their temperament is, how are they around other dogs, are there some things to stay away from, allergies to any food, do they have issues with a crate, are they potty trained, do they need medication, have they had their vaccines?
A typical day
I use a variety of methods to keeps dogs occupied including using mentally stimulating toys. Playing with dogs aswell to get them tired by the time they come home.

We have used Ernesto twice. Once for a weekend and once overnight. Both times he, and his kids, were a pleasure to work with. Felt good leaving our puppy with them.
Ernesto took good care of my dog and he definitely had fun, the proof was in his little paws, definitely played in the yard a lot. The only reason he doesn’t have a perfect rating is due to of lack of communication. I may have higher anxiety than other owners when my pup is being watched, but I’m used to multiple updates throughout the day. Updates (one) were only provided when I requested them. Secondly, I mentioned to Ernesto this was a day care service and he assumed it was a boarding service, he apologized for the mistake, but nonetheless it was a mistake. Which led to me sending 3 messages prior to my arrival to pick him up, even as early as an hour notice. Upon arriving, he was not home and was not able to give me my dog as he was fulfilling personal obligations (he was still under the impression my pup was boarding). He did apologize, but that doesn’t mean communication wasn’t attempted from me prior to this mix up and no messages were returned until i called him. Overall great with dogs but lacks communication with owners.
I hired Ernesto to watch my cat. When I came back home from a trip, my cat seemed very tense and worried. I don't know what he did towards my cat, but I can tell she was not doing well after his "care." My cat's water bowl and food bowls were both very dirty. I don't think he cleaned either once. Also, he came by my home at very random times (I booked a time slot for 6pm because that is when my cat eats wet food) usually very late at night, well outside the booked time schedule. On the last day of my booking, he was scheduled to come by around 6 pm but, by the time I arrived home around 8pm, he had not come by my home. Additionally, several days he didn't take a single photo of my cat (he mentioned that he could not find my cat and only know that she was alive because she ate the food set out for her.) I don't know if he dislikes cats or what, but I would strongly recommend not hiring Ernesto to watch cats (perhaps he is better at taking care of dogs.)
