I’m comfortable giving meds and handling mobility issues, but I'm just as happy throwing a ball for high-energy dogs. I’ll treat your dog with the same patience and love I’d want for my own.

Findus, our dog, is old, difficult, and slow. He is often very afraid of strangers and slow to trust. For this reason, he has to wear a muzzle during interactions. Ermal is truly sensitive and intuitive when dealing with Findus in this situation. He had no hesitation about putting the muzzle on him. He very quickly succeeded in building trust with Findus—and, even better, in taking our difficult dog into his heart. Things like this are simply fundamental to building trust.
