Erinn had difficulty staying in regular communication with me. She went MIA for almost two hours and said her charger was out of reach. She also cancelled on me last minute the night before care. Sadly I cannot recommend Erinn with certainty.

Erinn was available last minute which I really appreciated. I would have liked to see potentially more interaction or notes but overall I was happy.

Excellent. Prompt. Kind.

I have 5 cats, Erinn has taken wonderful care of them in the past when I had been hospitalized due to illness. My cats have some separation anxiety, so her stepping in during this time was beyond helpful. It eased their anxieties while I was away, not to mention they were well fed, groomed, and the multiple kitty litter boxes in my home were kept clean the whole time. And to add if this helps, she has also watched my son for me, and done a wonderful job at that, as well.
