I spent many hours volunteering at the Boulder Humane Society with both cats and dogs as a young kid and in high school, as well as caring for my family's cats and dogs at home. I started helping my roommate out when she would dog sit in college, until I started my own business on Rover and have been dog and cat sitting on my own ever since!

In clients' homes I try to be as unobtrusive as possible in order to respect others’ space while engaging with pets to keep them comfortable in their familiar spaces. I’m also a big plant person and generally care for 50+ houseplants at home, so if you need plant care during a longer trip just let me know what you need!

Erin did an amazing job taking care of our dog and watching our house while we were on a 10 day trip. We’re so grateful to her for the love and care she gave our fur baby while we were away. We received updates with pictures and videos every morning without asking. She spent time each day playing with our dog, giving her snuggles, and taking her out to our yard to get exercise. She also handled giving our dog her twice daily meds while we were away, and followed our specific instructions on how to enter and leave the house so our dog who can be an escape artist didn’t get out. In addition to caring for our fur baby she watered our plants, brought in our mail, and put out and brought in our trash, recycling, and compost carts. She was awesome, and we will definitely be reaching out to her to take care of our dog the next time we are away. She is the best sitter we’ve had for our dog!
Erin was fantastic with Norman! She sent lots of updates and pictures throughout our trip, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She also went above and beyond by bringing in our mail and leaving the house exactly how we left it. Norman was clearly well cared for, and we’d absolutely trust her to watch him again. Highly recommend!

Erin stayed with our sweet kitty for a week. Kitty was happy and affectionate when we got back; Erin has the magic touch. And the house was spotless too.

Erin was very patient with our timid cat. She sent pictures of the progressing relationship, even playing with her chase toys. Our house was well tended and looked untouched even after a week. Erin was a joy to work with.

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule, training contortion and aerial silks for periods of a couple of hours throughout the week. My main commitments aside from pet care include volunteering at the Chatfield Botanical Gardens and bartending special events. Because of this, I may have some nights that I am working late, usually on weekends.
