I'm not available to leave home for gigs in the mornings (this doesn't apply to morning walks when boarding), but most of my afternoons and evenings are free! I do not have a vehicle, so you'll need to be accessible to me via walking or CTA from Logan Square.

I live alone with no pets, so my space is uncomplicated! It's not the largest space, but I do have a bedroom, living room, and large kitchen in a cool, garden apartment with direct access to outside (only a few steps).

I’m a pretty small person with some physical limitations, so unfortunately I cannot walk very large dogs (probably 100+ lbs). Please let me know about any tasks involving cleaning and/or lifting/carrying heavy things to check that I’m physically able to before we confirm.
A typical day
With dogs, I love taking them on sniffing adventures & playing fetch in the yard or at the local dog park. Please tell me what their favorite thing to do is! With cats, I love a good game of that-thing-keeps-poking-out-from-behind-that-other-thing lol. But of course, every cat is so very unique in how they like to play; so, I love figuring out what their individual thing is. And of course with ANY pet, I love a good cuddle & scritches session!

My entire life, I’ve been that person that, within minutes of meeting someone’s pet, hears something like, “they usually don’t warm up to people like that!" Animals (& babies) have always been my thing. On top of growing up with a ludicrous number of cats plus one sweetie of a dog (who thought she was a cat lol), I’ve been dog walking and pet sitting on the side for friends, neighbors, and others for decades. I’m currently transitioning from being a career nanny to working from home part-time, so I’m looking for enjoyable side gigs that get me out of the house and moving!
