Erin was very communicative and flexible. Unexpectedly, our pup was very skittish at first and Erin let us know right away and also told us some of the things she tried to help him get comfortable while we figured out a backup plan. She also communicated with us when the temperature was too hot and our dog needed a shorter walk as he kept stopping. Overall, Erin was a great walker and we trusted her decision making!
