Safety, trust & environment
For each dog, I like to take time to learn how you prefer your dog to be walked, any rules or special needs they may have to best accommodate each dog. I believe every dog is unique and it's important to keep consistent with their commands as to not interrupt any training you might be working on with your best pal!

Information Erin S. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know of any behavior concerns to best accommodate your animal. If you have a dog reactive dog, I like to plan walking routes to avoid high foot traffic areas. I like my clients to provide me with an emergency information sheet to alert me of any health concerns, allergies, and vet information should any need arise. Also, let me know if there's any concern for your pet inside the home (are they likely to get in the trash, do they like to jump up on counters to try and sneak food, how often do they need to be let out for potty breaks, etc)
A typical day
For boarding you can expect your dog to get 2x daily walks (morning and evening) as well as 2-3 extra potty breaks through the day. I build destruction enrichment treat filled toys for mental stimulation and offer many toys for playtime (stuffies, rope toys and balls for fetch). On the weekends over the summer, I enjoy hiking and if your dog is comfortable on trail I will gladly bring them along to join!

Loving and trusted dog walker
Pet care experience
Since I was an infant, I've always lived in a house full of dogs. At age 11, I was gifted my best friend Jupiter (a sweet and loving Golden Retriever) and was taught how to be responsible for his care. Now (many years later), my sweet senior pooch Spot and I enjoy our time going for walks around the parks of Seattle or trekking into the mountains for awe-inspiring hikes. I have experience caring for large and small breeds, understand the TLC needed for senior dogs, have experience administering medications, and love taking walks both long and short for whatever needs your dog has!
Reviews
If you’re looking for a reliable pet caregiver who treats your animals like family, look no further. Erin is consistently punctual, attentive, and incredibly compassionate. I have always felt completely confident leaving my 3 dogs in her care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone that will make you pets feel safe and loved.
