Erin can care for
Availability
I'm currently working online and taking classes, trying to find full time work, so my schedule is very open and adaptable. I can take long walks and be available any day of the week, at any time of day. If I'm staying over I just need wifi access to make sure I can do coursework while I'm caring for the pups.

Safety, trust & environment
My pronouns are they/them. I'm a very clean person and tend to tidy things on instinct, so I can be sure to keep things in good condition. I'm more than happy to groom pets daily and I can adapt to whatever routine your pet is used to in your home. I do prefer having written instructions somewhere if there are any special needs or requirements in your pet's care routine.
Information Erin S. would like to know about your pet
I'd love to know their favorite toy/treat/motivator so I know the best way to give positive feedback. If there are commands your dog knows that are important please list them. If there is anything that makes your dog nervous or afraid let me know so I can avoid those triggers if possible. Any health concerns or physical traits I should look out for also really helps.
A typical day
There are several dog parks in the area and if your dog is amenable to playing with others I'd love to walk to one of those, but I'm also fine with doing solo walks or just playing at home if they prefer not to interact with unfamiliar dogs. I love being able to play fetch or practice any tricks they already know (or try to teach some new ones by request from owner). I tend to talk to dogs a lot to get them used to my voice and also figure out what words they respond best to. And of course I love to pet and sit quietly with dogs while reading or doing coursework to provide them with contact and company.

Every dog is "my type" if I can pet
Pet care experience
I've had dogs all my life and trained every one my family owned since I was 9. I've rescued and adopted 4 dogs and found a home for 3 more that I brought home over the years. While I will love any dog I meet, I do really well with big dogs and have the most experience with caring for dogs over 50 lbs (the smallest dog I've owned is a Lab/Pit mix and the largest was a 125 lbs rescue who probably had Great Dane in his history). I've also had dogs with injuries or illnesses before so I am capable of giving medication, cleaning wounds or sores, and adapting to any health issues/concerns that need special attention.
Reviews

Erin is the best. My dog was so well cared for. She normally feels nervous around people, but she felt safe with Erin right away. I got lots of photos of her cuddling, which she only does when she feels safe. Some strange things happened in my building that alerted me and helped my dog feel safe again. My apartment was cleaner than when I left it. They are wonderful.

Erin was such a thoughtful and caring sitter for my 100 pound dog. They asked all the right questions and truly wanted to ensure that the best care was given. Updates were sent frequently, so the communication was fantastic. I would certainly recommend Erin to anyone who needs a house sitter or dog walker!

Erin was great and had no issues with walking my large dog.
Thanks for taking care of the three pooches. They seemed very happy when I got back. Appreciate your diligence and attention.
