I have been caring for rescue animals and for friends' and family-members' pups and pets for as long as I can remember! I also recently spent several years living in rural India and Nepal with sheep, cows, and chickens as a welcome addition to my day-to-day. I love our animals, am a pet-enthusiast, and ardent advocate for animal rights. Learning about and caring for animals is a calling I’ve always welcomed and loved, so, while back in the US, I am so happy to look after pets and walk puppies with Rover. After a couple of years away due to a busy work schedule, I am currently accepting new families as of Fall 2023! Helping others nurture their furry loved-ones is something I find truly fulfilling! Your doggie(s) and I can go on outdoor adventures around the neighborhood and nature walks, have lots of play and toy time, enjoy belly rubs and cuddles, and, of course, yummy treats along the way ! (If they’re part of your puppy’s diet, of course!) I attentively care for both small and large pups, young and old, and both high-energy or slow-going. I also have extensive experience sitting for animals with chronic illness or special needs and am available for basic nutrition and holistic wellness counseling and referrals. I am sensitive that dogs of various breeds, personalities, or histories may require different experiences or interactions during our visits, and strive to provide the safest, happiest, and most enjoyable time possible for your 4-legged babies!
