I’m also a homebody by nature, so if your dog is staying with me, they’ll receive calm, dedicated care and plenty of attention. I’d love to know how your dog does on walks, around other dogs, with new people, and when left alone. I’m especially comfortable caring for small to medium-sized dogs, senior dogs, and dogs with calmer temperaments. The more I know about your dog’s personality and preferences, the better I can make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.

A typical day would be based on your dog’s needs, energy level, and routine. We can enjoy neighborhood walks, sniff breaks, playtime, and plenty of calm companionship at home. I love giving dogs both physical activity and mental stimulation, whether that means exploring new smells on a walk, playing simple games, or just creating a peaceful environment where they feel loved and cared for.

I’ve loved dogs my entire life and have over 20 years of experience caring for them. I was a proud dog mom to my cockapoo, Max, and my poodle, Olive, who have both passed — and I truly miss having a dog companion in my daily life. I have experience with senior pets and understand how important patience, gentleness, and consistency are, especially with dogs who may need a slower pace or a little extra care. I’m comfortable reinforcing basic commands and following any training, routines, or special instructions your dog already has in place. Whether your dog needs a calm walk, companionship, or someone attentive and loving while you’re away, I’ll care for them as if they were my own.

Erin has been so amazing with our Australian labradoodle, Rio. She has taken excellent care of him on several occasions. She is organized, dependable, responsible, and loves animals. She is a great communicator and anticipates needs. I highly recommend her to take care of your animals.
