As a nurse who works three 12 hour shifts a week, I have four days off allowing for a flexible schedule to walk dogs when I am off.

A typical day involves walking through the various parks near me and getting in our daily dose of vitamin D. Some days, I’ll walk dogs near the beach and other days I’ll stop by the dog parks to let them play!
