I’ve always been surrounded by dogs, helping friends and neighbours with walks, cuddles, and care over the years. My love for dogs really grew when I helped raise and train a Hungarian Vizsla puppy named Winston with my ex-boyfriend. He taught me patience, consistency, and just how much joy a dog can bring to your life. These days, there’s a special dog in my life called Bobbie, my dad’s cockerpoo, who I absolutely adore. Since moving away from the North East, I don’t get to see her as often, so I’m hoping to fill that cockerpoo-shaped gap with some new furry friends. 🐶 When I’m not out walking or running with dogs, you’ll usually find me painting them. I love capturing their personalities and quirks on canvas. Caring for dogs and painting them are two of my biggest joys. 🎨

Erin looked after our Lhasa Apso 'George' for 4 days. We were worried at first that he would not settle and may be a bit of a handful. How wrong we were, he appears to have made himself at home from the very first minute, indeed he seemed reluctant to leave. Thank you Erin for looking after 'George' , opening up your home to him and making his stay so comfortable. We look forward to seeing you again in the future.
Another wonderful day! Teddy virtually skipped into Erin’s house this morning and had lots of fun - a trip to the park and a coffee shop with treats!! Erin is an excellent dog sitter who loves dogs and has a very special way with them.
I highly recommend Erin, as Erin was highly recommended to me. Erin made me feel at home in her house when I arrived, was extremely hospitable and took the time to get to know me and the pups more. We had pupdates during the stay, and it was evident that the pups were extremely well looked after and had the best time. On picking the girls up, Erin made sure that I was updated on all of the happenings and anything that she observed that may have been of unusual behaviour. One of my dogs is a 13 week old puppy and the other is 2 years old. They are both border collies and Erin did not feel that they were too hard work as she is very happy to go out for big walks and play at home. We will be booking Erin in February whilst we go on holiday!
Teddy had a lovely day with Erin. She was lovely with him and understood all his little insecurities 💙. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Erin for a 5* service 😀
Erin was amazing with our pups- we got constant pup dates and the boys loved their time in her home!! We appreciate Erin so much and are using her again.
Erin is a brilliant pet watcher. She has looked after our Labrador, Leo, on many occasions and he loves being with her. She is experienced with big and small dogs, and gives them a safe, calm space to relax and plenty of walks and treats.

Schedule
I’m usually home all week and especially looking for some furry company from Monday to Wednesday. I spend a lot of time painting, often with relaxing music on and the fire crackling in the background. It’s a peaceful, cosy space with plenty of room for a snoozing sidekick. As an artist, I have lots of flexibility in my days. I love to read, paint, and get out into nature to walk, run, or sketch, so your pup will have a lovely mix of calm time and outdoor adventures.

Safety, trust & environment
I am calm, patient and consistent with dogs, and I believe they feel most secure when routines and boundaries are clear. I make sure every dog feels safe, understood and settled, while still enjoying plenty of affection and enrichment. I pay close attention to each dog’s needs and behaviour. I have experience helping dogs who pull on the lead, including energetic labradors, by using gentle guidance and positive reinforcement to encourage calm walking. Whether we are out exploring or relaxing at home, your dog’s wellbeing, comfort and safety always come first.
A typical day
I’m an early riser and love a morning walk round the park. I work from home so will be painting or at my computer with regular breaks, coffees and walks to change up the scenery.
